Luke 9:23 NIV Lukas 9:23 (TB)  Kata-Nya kepada mereka semua: "Setiap orang yang mau mengikut Aku, ia harus menyangkal dirinya, memikul salibnya setiap hari dan mengikut Aku. Sesuatu yang membuat aku syok pagi ini adalah versi versi terjemahan alkitab. 😕 Ada 2 versi NIV di ponsel saya tapi ternyata berbeda. Sepertinya sebaiknya menggunakan versi online aja ya untuk versi terjemahan yang paling terbaru. Syarat kedua apa yang Tuhan mau saya lakukan ketika saya mau menjadi murid-Nya adalah memikul salib setiap hari. Bukan sekali saja saat saya pertama belajar alkitab atau setahun sekali pada saat saya ulang tahun spiritual, tapi Yesus bilang memikul salib setiap hari! Apa sih memikul salib? SYARAT MENGIKUT YESUS Luke 9:23 (NIV)  Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. Lukas 9:23 (TB)  Kata-Nya kepada mereka semua: "Setiap orang yang mau mengikut Aku, ia harus menyangkal dirinya, memikul salibnya setiap hari dan mengikut Aku. Saat orang menerima hadiah orang akan senang, tetapi kening mereka mulai berkerut ketika ternyata ada persyaratan dan ketentuan yang harus dipenuhi ketika menerima hadiah tersebut. Apalagi kalau ternyata persyaratan tersebut membutuhkan ketekunan dan komitmen. Sama halnya Yesus yang memberikan kasih karunia untuk saya, orang berdosa. Bagaimana respon saya? Tentu mulai berpikir dan terlihat berat kalau saya tidak memiliki kasih dan tidak menyadari kasih yang besar dari Tuhan. Berbeda ketika saya benar-benar jatuh cinta ama Tuhan. Di kitab roma memang dibilang untuk mempersembahkan tubuhmu sebagai persembahan yang hidup, kudus dan berkenan di hadapan Allah. This verses talk about how to prioritizing God. This morning, I was read book, and I got some insight and question which pierced my heart. The question is "whether Jesus is the one or the only one in your life? I reflect again this question because my answer is Jesus not the only one. Then there are four question which digging deeper my heart. 1. You use your money for what? I know sometimes many people put a sense of security in money. Some people will recognize their character from the way they spend money. Are you spend your money for expensive food or clothes, or your hobbies, or you use your money to help poor and needy? Colossians 3:20 (NIV)  Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord. I know, first I must obey my parents. Who is my parents? my physical parents and my spiritual parents. Thought sometimes I think, I more know how my strength and I can or I can not, but parents can see if I can or can't for me to doing anything. I learn to listen what they said. You must obey, and I know obedience is one of God's love. Colossians 3:21 (NIV)  Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged. I do not have any physical children, but I have peoples who I can call it "my children", I will please if they obey to me. But I must educate them with love. Do not provoke them so they will become discourage. This not easy way. I must learn to brave to rebuke them if they wrong. I must know and plan for their growths. 1 Corinthians 13:1-3 (NIV)  If I speak in the tongues  of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames,  but have not love, I gain nothing . Love is emotional condition which people need. Many people pursue love. Me too. I will recognize if someone do something with love or without love. I can angry if others do carelessly or just doing because responsibility without love to me. but this is subjective, depend on expectations i think. haha.
