Exodus 18

 2020, 29 Feb Moses’ father-in-law replied, “What you are doing is not good. You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone. Listen now to me and I will give you some advice, and may God be with you. You must be the people’s representative before God and bring their disputes to him. Exodus 18:17‭-‬19 NIV Lord, I continue to be stabbed and learn how to lead in all conditions, both when very busy and in good condition. although I have read about this moses story many times, I still always find it helpful to this verse. how to trust, and delegate tasks or jobs. because not everything will be solved alone. and lots of people you can develop and ultimately help your work. I am grateful, given a new trust for me. I'm always afraid of being wrong when I want to do something new, but I'm grateful. God is always kind and gives me wisdom.
