Ibrani 5

 2020, 7 APR

Anyone who lives on milk, is still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.

Hebrew 5:13-14

I was surprised why I was brought back to this Hebrew book. I wonder if I lack faith? so I have a strong feeling to go back to reading this book.

The theological arguments in Hebrews are more complex than many of those found in the rest of the New Testament.

But I really remember this verse a few days ago, when I felt tired of myself, and considered myself a child who did not grow up, wanting to eat soft foods continuously, being cared for, learning easily, thinking about myself, hoping for reciprocity, do not want to think about other people, lazy to give ratings and progress from other people's performance. I'm desperately trying.

but I forget that the verse is from Hebrew. how my character grows depends on God's goodness and how I stretch myself, to want to be shaped by God.

be humble is the key to learning. understand, and then apply to everyday life.

it's easy to make an appointment, but to do the action according to the commitment is what will be tested. if it fails do I get worse? or do I keep getting up and persevering praying and practicing?

Father, you are so kind and sweet. my heart is melting because of your love and kindness.

Father, help me to learn more and more about Yours. give me a wisdom for understanding what you tell for me.
